I have to credit the makers of my blender with this one so I’m just helping to spread the word.

Rinse the blender then add a couple of drops of washing up liquid and fill to about a third with hot water. Blend for a few minutes.

I do this before any other washing up that needs doing – then I can use the super-frothed liquid as the soap suds for the rest of the wash. Saving extends beyond food in my kitchen!
