This one needs something to give the otherwise-soft bread sauce a little texture – I used chia seeds (could soak these briefly first to take the crunch out) but rye flakes soaked in the yoghurt for a few hours (or overnight) would have worked well. Rye flakes are tougher than oats so although you can eat without cooking, they do take a little longer to soften.

| Raspberries | 50 | grams | Frozen or Fresh |
| Cinnamon | 1 | teaspoon | |
| Greek Yoghurt | 125 | grams | |
| Chia Seeds | 15 | grams | Soaked in 1tbs cold water for 15mins if preferred, or substitute rye flakes soaked in the raspberries overnight |
Method
- Simply mix all the ingredients together and serve. Add cinnamon to taste.
