The Most Wonderful Time

In some ways I could never tire of Christmas fare – I love a mince pie and Christmas pudding and could easily devour these all year.

That said, it is sometimes useful to have a few options for re-inventing these Christmas classics when you are entertaining for a third day in a row. Or trying to use up mincemeat well into March.
