The Heat is On

So the pressure is mounting. I think I have a nearly clean record as regards not allowing delicious, once-fresh bread to go in the bin on my watch.

However, given that bread puddings & soups feature heavily in my tool kit, now that summer is here it’s going to get tough.
So my first submission is an alfresco lunch of summer filled tomatoes (HUGE tomatoes stuffed with a mediterranean-ish mixture of olives and mushrooms) followed by a lemon & summer berry yoghurt pudding. I’ll let you be the judge.
